Saint Aubin, April 7th, 2025 – Milexia announces the signing of an agreement to acquire the activities of the Finnish company Alpha Positron Oy (“Positron”), a distributor specialising in GPS/GNSS, time and frequency solutions for the electronics industry, process automation, corporate IT, defence and other demanding markets.
This strategic acquisition enables Milexia to enhance its presence and service offerings within the Nordics region, underscoring its commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable, and efficient technology products and supply chain solutions across various sectors.
Alpha Positron Oy has been serving the electronics industry, IT sector, process automation and defence market for 30 years, providing customers with professional service, sales expertise and consultative engineering. Based in Finland, Alpha Positron Oy has established a strong reputation for its dedication, expertise and customer support.
