Brian Dehlsen Managing Director

Brian has been the CEO of Milexia Nordics for over 21 years, leading the company through its integration into the Milexia Group and driving continuous growth ever since.

He holds a degree in International Trade, a Mini MBA, and has completed a Board education through Board Governance. With a strong educational and professional background, his expertise in sales, business development, and strategic leadership has been key to strengthening Milexia Nordics’ position in the market.

Jacob Jørgensen Sales Manager

Jacob began the role of Chief Sales Officer at Milexia Nordics 10 years ago, prior to the company’s integration into the Milexia Group.

Driven by growth and results, his core competencies lie in sales management and business development.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Jacob has a strong background in industrial automation, telecoms, energy, process industries, and building automation.

Jens-Anker Godtfredsen Financial Manager

Jens-Anker brings over 37 years of experience in banking and corporate finance. After 11 years in the Danish banking sector, he transitioned into corporate finance, leading accounting, financial operations, M&A, and group consolidation for growing Nordic companies in the energy, logistics, and construction industries.

In 2014, he joined Cabcon A/S – now Milexia Nordics A/S – where he plays a key role in integrating subsidiaries through external growth in Sweden, Norway, Poland, and Finland. His responsibilities include financial management, control, and reporting to management, shareholders, and banks

Steen Vigsø Supply Chain Manager

Steen brings over 25 years of experience in warehousing and global logistics. He has been part of Milexia Nordics for five years, supporting the sales team with his expertise. With strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and in-depth ERP knowledge, Steen plays a key role in Milexia Nordics’ supply chain operations.

He is instrumental in creating end-to-end transparency across the organisation. Known for his holistic approach, Steen leads the supply chain together with his dedicated team — built on a foundation of trust and collaboration.

Kenneth Petersen Country Manager

Kenneth Petersen has served as General Manager in Hong Kong since 2017. Originally from Denmark, he relocated to Hong Kong in 2007 and has since focused on leading and optimising business operations, supply chain processes, and team performance.

With over 16 years of experience in general management, he has strong expertise within supply chain management, international sales, logistics, product development, sourcing, and project planning, as well as business and marketing strategy.

In his current role, he is responsible for customer relations, process optimisation, and overall business operations.
