The 08075062 Series 32V 250A Waterproof Bi-Stable Magnetic Battery Disconnect Switch is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST).
Current isolating switch designed for use in commercial vehicles, including heavy trucks, construction equipment, and more.
Thanks to its waterproof IP67/X9K rating, this series is also suited for use as a marine battery disconnect switch.
While traditional current isolating switches require a minimum current when they are turned on, models with “magnetic ON-OFF position” absorb current only during the commuting phase or when switched from (OFF) to (ON) and vice versa.
Generally referred to as “bi-stable with zero consumption,” their switches turn to closed or open state of the electric circuit.
