TRUMPF Hüttinger specializes in the development of RF and microwave components and modules for space applications. The development and manufacturing processes, as well as the products, are qualified by TRUMPF Hüttinger’s customers for use in space.

The Tx Driver Amplifiers from TRUMPF Hüttinger’s TruAmp Satellite Product Series were specifically designed for use in Earth observation satellites. They can be customized to customer requirements and are fully space-qualified.

A special feature: for more efficient heat dissipation, TRUMPF Hüttinger uses a dedicated soldering of the amplifier MMICs onto the CuW baseplate, which supports passive cooling.

The Tx Driver Amplifiers are used, among other applications, in Earth observation satellites. Highlights include the special soldering of the amplifier MMICs onto the CuW baseplate for efficient heat dissipation and the hermetically sealed module, which provides reliable protection, including through-feed.
