The SC5320A is a single-stage Ka-band downconverter designed for high-performance RF applications. With an input frequency range from 20 GHz to 40 GHz, a synthesised local oscillator and the possibility to configure it with an external LO, the SC5320A is the perfect solution for SISO and MIMO requirements.

- RF input frequency: 20 GHz – 40 GHz
- External LO frequency: 10 GHz – 20 GHz
- Output IF frequency: 100 MHz – 4 GHz
- 3 dB bandwidth: 2 GHz
