The Sensofar S mart 2 non-contact 3D optical profilometer module can be customised to meet industrial 3D surface metrology needs.
It offers a wide variety of functionalities. 3 complementary technologies are integrated: Confocal, Interferometry, Focus Variation, providing multiple possibilities of observation and three-dimensional analysis whatever the nature of the sample and the surface information sought.
Complete and evolving software suites (SensoSCAN, SensoPRO), allow a complete and precise exploitation of the results.
