POMA-60N SOTM
POMA-60N ensures dependable real-time communication for military operations, robust connectivity for emergency services, and high-quality live broadcasting.
The SOTM-type POMA-60N supports both Ku and Ka-band operations and is capable of simultaneous dual-band functionality without the need to change the feed. It features a highly reliable direct-drive mechanism for azimuth (AZ) and elevation (EL), along with a cap-style feed design that delivers efficient performance and reduced side lobes.
The antenna operates independently of GPS, using satellite beacon tracking to correct gyro errors. Only manual input of local latitude and longitude is required prior to initial satellite acquisition. It enables rapid pointing, achieving GPS/BD cold start positioning in under 80 seconds, and hot start—or manual input—in under 60 seconds.
Ideal for a wide range of applications, the POMA-60N ensures dependable real-time communication for military operations, robust connectivity for emergency services, and high-quality live broadcasting. It also provides secure satellite connectivity for corporate networks, and consistent communication for maritime and aviation use—maintaining high performance across varied terrain and weather conditions.
