POMA-60N-MIL SOTM
POMA-60N-MIL SOTM is ideal for a wide range of mobile applications
The POMA-60N SOTM (Satcom-On-The-Move) antenna supports both Ku and Ka-band operations and can achieve simultaneous dual-band functionality without the need to change the feed. It features a highly reliable direct-drive mechanism for azimuth (AZ) and elevation (EL), as well as a cap-design feed for efficient performance and reduced side lobes.
The antenna operates independently of GPS, using satellite beacon tracking to correct gyro errors. Only a manual input of local latitude and longitude is required during initial satellite acquisition. It offers rapid satellite pointing, with GPS/BeiDou cold start positioning in under 80 seconds, and hot start or manual input in under 60 seconds.
Ideal for a wide range of mobile applications, the POMA-60N provides dependable real-time communications for military operations, stable connectivity for emergency response, and high-quality live broadcasting. It also ensures secure corporate network links and consistent satellite communication for maritime and aviation use, maintaining performance across varied terrains and weather conditions.
