The PMAR-45N is purpose-built for maritime applications and features a 3-axis stabilisation structure. It integrates high-precision angle sensors, magnetoresistive sensors, a gyroscope, and a GPS antenna to monitor external environmental changes in real time. This enables the antenna to continuously adjust its position, ensuring automatic satellite acquisition and tracking, even under challenging sea conditions.
The PMAR-45N supports operation in either Ku- or Ka-band with high-precision satellite tracking. Using an advanced conical scan algorithm, it maintains accurate satellite lock with pointing precision of up to 0.2° RMS. It also offers rapid multi-satellite switching—once a satellite command is received, the system adjusts the antenna angle quickly and performs seamless satellite switching within a single orbit.
Thanks to digital satellite identification technology, the target satellite can be precisely detected based on the carrier signal’s C/N (Carrier-to-Noise) ratio.
