IGBT modules are isolated, near hermetic power modules combining our high reliability IGBT and soft recovery rectifier technology.
These modules use both high-speed and low Vce (SAT) IGBTs for ultra-low thermal resistance.
With an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, the IGBT modules are also rated for high altitude operation up to 85,000 feet above sea level at rated voltage.
