The ultra-low voltage regulators use latch-up immune Silicon on Insulator (SOI) technology and SEU immune bipolar transistors at LET = 80 MeV * cm2/mg.
The total allowable dose is 300Krad (Si) (condition A) and they passed the 500Krad (Si) test. The ELDRS tests go up to 100Krad (Si) (Condition D). Our voltage regulators are available with adjustable and fixed outputs and spatial level screening. Hermetically sealed MO-078 and 8-Lead Flat Pack enclosures are available.
