Exxelia’s CS Series high voltage ceramic capacitors offer stacked MLCC designs for voltages up to 10kV and capacitances 220pF-1.5µF, with exceptional charge/discharge withstand and voltage stability.
Available in NPO (zero drift), X7R or C4xx dielectrics, they excel in high-power RF/microwave and harsh environments like aviation/defense. Hermetic options ensure reliability in pulse discharge and filtering.
