The NEOSCAN N90 benchtop nano-CT system features a variable acquisition geometry that allows the distance between the source and detectors to be adjusted according to resolution, object size and scan time requirements.
This flexibility ensures high quality images perfectly suited to a wide range of requirements. The user interface makes it easy to change detectors and acquisition parameters.
This laboratory X-ray system is designed for a wide range of applications, from research on batteries, composites and biological materials to electronic components, 3D printed parts and geological samples.
It can be equipped with an optional integrated micro-XRF for detailed chemical mapping of objects, adding an essential dimension to 3D analysis. This unique system is particularly suited to the study of complex materials, enabling in-depth exploration down to the nanoscale.

- High-quality detectors: 27 Mp sCMOS camera for high-resolution images and 7 Mp flat detector for viewing large objects
- Precision electromechanical manipulator: positioning accuracy to within a few tens of nanometres during rotation of the object, ensured by a direct-drive stage and a beat accuracy of less than 50 nm
- Automatic Energy Filter Changer: 7 positions to adjust acquisition optimization.
