The PMAR-45N, purpose-built for maritime applications, features a three-axis stabilisation structure incorporating high-precision angle sensors, magneto-resistive sensors, a gyroscope, and a GPS antenna.
These technologies enable continuous real-time monitoring and adjustment to external environmental changes, allowing the antenna to automatically locate and track satellites—even in challenging sea conditions.
Supporting both Ku and Ka-band operations, the PMAR-45N delivers highly accurate satellite tracking. Using an advanced conical scan algorithm, it maintains lock on target satellites with an accuracy of 0.2° RMS. Its rapid multi-satellite switching capability ensures swift angle adjustments and smooth transitions between satellites.
Equipped with digital satellite identification technology, the PMAR-45N precisely detects the target satellite by analysing the carrier signal’s C/N (carrier-to-noise) ratio, providing dependable and accurate satellite acquisition.
