Waveguide Switch Compact H-Plane Series 337 – Flann Microwave
New range of millimetric waveguide switches.
Flann Microwave launches a new range of millimetre waveguide products designed to meet the growing demand for the upcoming 5G and 6G, LEO/MEO satellite applications and the increasing use for military and space applications from 28 to 500 GHz.
A range of small and compact switches, the new 337 series is characterised by low mass and inertia as well as low insertion loss. High power and with superior isolation and minimal PIM, the new feature of these switches is a simplified actuation requiring only a DC voltage with electronic sensors for tell-back.
The drive control can be customised as required.
The structure of the H-plane then allows for easy integration with other components, giving the possibility of creating an entire switching network that includes multiple switches, combiners, filters/diplexers, etc.
Rotor and stator, produced as individual parts without contact or joining mechanisms, give the new 337 series a very compact, robust and perfect waveguide structure.
