The HBB series of high-power, quick-release connectors for harsh environments is available in single-pole and five-pole versions.
The series features a compact, robust, RoHS-compliant design in a polarized metal housing, an easy-to-use push-lock coupling with quick-release mechanisms, IPx7 and IP6K9K sealing when mated, high-reliability Hypertac hyperboloid contacts rated up to 500 A, and full 360° shielding.
Key features
- Available in single-pole and five-pole versions.
- The single-pole size 17 version supports up to 350 A, while the single-pole size 21 version reaches 500 A, ensuring high reliability and excellent integrity.
- 60 A power contacts with two HVIL interlocks for the five-pole version.
- Simple push-lock mechanism for coupling.
- Quick-release mechanism for uncoupling.
- “Last mate, first break” safety interlock system for the five-pole version.
- Optional 360° EMI/RFI shielding.
- IPx7 and IP6K9K sealing when mated.
