Saint Aubin, September 30th, 2025 – Milexia is pleased to announce their agreement to acquire UR Group through the acquisition of UR Italia S.R.L. and their European subsidiaries. UR Group is a European provider of advanced connectivity systems, subsystems and end-to-end solutions for the Defence, Transportation and Industrial Automation markets.

Last Christmas, donations from Milexia Italia enabled Opera San Francesco (OSF) to purchase a box of chocolates for each guest who used the Food Kitchen in Corso Corcodia for their Christmas lunch. One of two large Food Kitchens, Corso Corcodia offers hot meals to the less fortunate members of our local community.
