Milexia France is proud to support the Phare 40 project and Team Phénix, a crew made up of former servicemen injured in the line of duty, who have chosen to turn adversity into a new mission: to sail, rebuild, and inspire.

Aboard the Phénix, these exceptional sailors embody the values of solidarity, perseverance, and commitment. Their adventure — supported by the French National Defense Sports Center (CNSD) — highlights the power of teamwork: the sea becomes a place of learning, transmission, and self-overcoming.

By joining this project, Milexia France reaffirms its attachment to these values, which deeply resonate with its own corporate culture: cohesion, trust, and determination. Just like in engineering, success at sea relies on rigor, precision, and team spirit — qualities shared by both the Phénix sailors and the Milexia teams.

On October 26, 2025, Team Phénix will set sail for the Transat Café L’OR, a legendary transatlantic race from Le Havre to Fort-de-France. This new chapter in their journey stands as a symbol of the crew’s courage and the pride of their partners.
