ARF2003

• ARF2003 is a monolithic DC to 100 GHz single pole double throw (SPDT) switch fabricated in a GaAs process technology. With better than 2.5 dB insertion loss from DC-77 GHz, better than 4.0 dB insertion loss from 70-100 GHz and typical 30 dB isolation this switch is well suited for broadband applications. The ARF2003 is a bare die with input and output ports internally matched to 50 Ω.
  The part is RoHS* compliant and built with the latest manufacturing techniques to optimize for reliability and quality
  control.
