This year, Milexia Nordics proudly celebrates 22 years under the leadership of Managing Director, Brian Dehlsen, who founded the company in 2003 as Cabcongroup in Denmark. <\/span><\/p>\n

From a small start-up to a leading distributor of electronic components across the Nordic region, the journey has been remarkable. We sat down with Brian to look back on the company\u2019s evolution and hear his thoughts on the future. <\/span><\/p>\n

What inspired you to start Cabcongroup back in 2003?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“I wanted to build an opportunity-driven company that truly added value throughout the entire supply chain. My goal was to combine strong technical expertise with a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service \u2014 and I\u2019m proud that this mindset still defines Milexia Nordics today.”<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How has Milexia Nordics changed over the last 22 years?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“The growth has been incredible. From a small team In Denmark to a full-fledged Nordic operation including a great team in Hong Kong, we\u2019ve expanded our product portfolio, entered new markets, and developed long-lasting relationships with our customers and partners. What truly stands out is how our team spirit and dedication have grown alongside the business.”<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What are you most proud of?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“What I\u2019m most proud of isn\u2019t just our growth \u2014 it\u2019s the people who have been part of this journey and all the relationships built over the years. Over more than 20 years, I\u2019ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of dedicated, talented, and passionate colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders who have helped shape the company into what it is today. From the very beginning, I had a clear idea of how I wanted to build and grow the business, and I still enjoy working with strategy and finding new ways to reach our goals together. I truly couldn\u2019t have done this without the team \u2014 both those who are with us today and all who have contributed along the way. And after all these years, I\u2019m proud to say that I still love what I do.”<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What challenges have shaped the company?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Like any business, we\u2019ve faced our share of challenges \u2014 from market fluctuations to rapid technological shifts. The past few years have taught us that while we can plan a lot, we can never fully predict what\u2019s coming next. That\u2019s why one of our key responsibilities as a management team is to stay agile and always think one step ahead. Each challenge has pushed us to innovate, refine our processes, and strengthen our relationships with customers and partners.”<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking ahead, what excites you about the future of Milexia Nordics?<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Looking ahead, I\u2019m excited about entering a new phase for Milexia Nordics. Becoming part of the Milexia Group has opened new doors and opportunities, allowing us to explore new products, partners, territories, and challenges. There\u2019s incredible potential for growth, and I\u2019m looking forward to taking the company to the next level with our talented team while continuing to create value for our customers and partners.”<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
